MeatJuicy chicken drumsticks in the pan
Juicy chicken drumsticks in the pan, with a light garlic note — Bonbon.
Three simple ways to bread and fry chops
You do not need a proper entrecôte for chops. A flat piece of pork leg, chicken breast or any even, soft cut will do. Salt and black pepper are my spices; the crumb is what you change.
Option 1. Flour only, then straight into the pan. A little drier, but the flavour is deep.
Option 2. Flour, then egg beaten with a fork. Very soft and juicy — no long chewing.
Option 3. Flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. A proper crisp coat and soft meat.
