Ingredients

  • carrot
  • onion
  • meat
  • potatoes
  • mayonnaise
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • meat seasoning
  • potato seasoning
  • olive oil
  • water

Method

  1. Step 1

Carrots Onions Meat Potatoes Mayonnaise Garlic Salt Pepper Seasoning for meat Seasoning for potatoes Olive oil Water

  2. Step 2

First of all, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Place carrots on top, not very coarsely chopped. I cut it into quarter circles. Lightly add salt and spices.

  3. Step 3

Place onion, cut into half rings, on top of the carrots.

  4. Step 4

Place the meat on the onion - I used pork - cut into small strips. Salt, pepper and coat the meat with mayonnaise and garlic.

  5. Step 5

In a separate container, cut the potatoes into large slices. Add your favorite spices, a little olive oil and mix.

  6. Step 6

Place the potatoes on top of the meat. Add some water. Cover the form with foil. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C. Bake under foil for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes to brown the crust.
