Sweet Eat

Terms of use

Who we are

Sweet Eat is Natalia’s home kitchen site in the United Kingdom — recipes, photos, short films and notes from ordinary cooking. These Terms are a plain note about using sweeteat.co.uk. They are not a corporate contract.

Using the site

You may browse, cook from the recipes, save favourites in your own browser, and write to us. Please use the site kindly: no spam, no harm to the site or other people, and no pretending to be someone else.

Our content

Recipes, photos, notes and films on Sweet Eat belong to Natalia / Sweet Eat unless we say otherwise. You may cook from them at home and share a link. Please do not copy large parts of the site, our photos or texts as if they were yours, or sell them without asking.

Recipes and comments you send

If you send a recipe, a comment or a photo, you confirm it is yours to share (or you have permission). You let us use it to reply, and — if we agree — to cook, film and credit you on the site or channel. We may decline or edit for clarity. Do not send anything illegal, harmful or that breaks someone else’s rights.

Donations

Support is optional. A donation opens PayPal (or later Stripe) — never a card form on our site. Payment rules are those of PayPal or Stripe. We do not see your card or CVC. A donation does not buy goods, a membership or special rights unless we say so clearly.

Connecting third-party accounts

In Studio you may choose Connect for a service such as TikTok Login. We only start that when you press Connect. We then receive what that provider sends us under their rules and our Privacy policy. You can stop using Connect at any time with that provider and with us.

Not medical advice

Healthy-food notes and recipes are kitchen talk, not a doctor’s advice. Allergies, diets and health questions need your own care or a professional — not this site alone.

If something goes wrong

We run a small home site and try to keep it working, but we cannot promise it is always perfect or always online. To the extent UK law allows, we are not liable for loss from using (or not being able to use) the site, recipes or linked services — except where the law does not let us limit that (for example death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud).

Updates

We may update these Terms when the site changes. The current text lives on this page. If a change matters a lot, we will try to say so clearly.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
