Soft beef liver that melts in the mouth

Ingredients

• Beef liver – 600 g
• Eggs – 1
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Bicarbonate of soda – 0.5 tsp
• Garlic – 3 cloves
• Onion – 2
• Flour – 0.5 cup
• Sunflower oil – 0.5 cup

Method
