Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Yeast – 1.5 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 600 g
  • Filling:
  • Apples – 5 pcs
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 – 1 tsp
  • Starch – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 2 tbsp
  • Knead the dough, cover with a cloth and leave about 1 hour
  • Slake the starch with water and pour it into the apples in a thin stream, stir 1–2 minutes and take off the heat
  • Roll each ball into a strip, lay apple filling down the middle and roll it up like a croissant
  • Dust with icing sugar and bring to the table. Enjoy.

Method

  1. Step 1

This light tear-and-share apple and cinnamon pie is a real alternative to charlotte.

  2. Step 2

When fragrant apples are in season, this is the bake to make.
