Ingredients
- cured or smoked mackerel – 1 pc
- crab sticks – 200 g
- hard-boiled eggs – 5 pcs
- hard cheese – 150 g
- mayonnaise – 250 g
Method
- Step 1
This simple but very satisfying salad will appeal to fish lovers. To prepare it, you can use not only mackerel, but smoked herring, balyk and dried/smoked mackerel are also perfect.
- Step 2
Cut the fish, eggs and crab sticks into cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We combine everything and season with mayonnaise. You can sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Step 3
This salad is perfect for serving in tartlets - so it will be an excellent appetizer option for any buffet table. But it can also be served as a salad.
