Ingredients

• Warm milk – 300 ml
• Dried yeast – 1 tbsp
• Sugar – 6 tbsp
• Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 100 g
• Egg – 1
• Flour – about 700 g (4–5 cups)
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
• Sugar for the filling
