Hunter salad for the festive table

Ingredients

• Jacket potatoes – 2–3
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• Sausage – 200 g
• Cucumbers – 3
• Boiled eggs – 3
• Boiled carrot – 1
• Pickled mushrooms – 150 g
• Hard cheese – 50–70 g
• Mayonnaise – 200 ml
• Lettuce or Chinese leaf, to finish – optional

Method

   Huntress salad is made from ordinary shopping, it is not dear, and the mix of flavours wins people over.

2. Step 2

   You can also make it just because you want it.

3. Step 3

   On a party table it does not linger — it is the first bowl to go.
