How to cook corn. Master class from the chef!

Ingredients

• Corn on the cob
• Water
• Butter
• Salt
• Drop a knob of butter into the pan while the corn boils
• Drain and wrap the pan for 20 minutes

Method

1. Step 1

   Boiled sweetcorn, very tender and soft, and the smell fills the house.

2. Step 2

   Juicy boiled corn is summer and the beach for a lot of us.
