Ingredients
- Roast pork – 200 g
- Fresh cucumbers – 2 medium
- Hard cheese – 70 g
- Boiled eggs – 2
- Mayonnaise – 2–3 tbsp
- Dill – 1 bunch
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
- Step 1
Boiled-pork salad with fresh cucumber is filling as well as good.
- Step 2
The method is very simple: cut everything into matchsticks, chop the dill, add a little garlic and spices, and dress with mayonnaise or yoghurt.
